Bootstrap Switch Widget Not Working Offline

Hi,

The bootstrap strap widget is not working properly in offline mode. When using it offline, Only a check box appears and I cannot use any conditional logic to display other parts of the form based on the value of the switches value.

Please could you assist?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested your form offline to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

Maybe the issue resolved itself. That happens sometimes. Can you try it again and see how it goes? I have cleared your form cache to see if this would correct any unnecessary errors on the form. If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
