    Hello Alex,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you kindly confirm if you are referring to Slack's different channel? If that is the case, currently it is supported by our integration. It is possible to integrate the form with multiple channels.

    Or are you referring to sending the form dynamically depending on the user's answer?

    No, I mean Threads not Channels https://slack.com/help/articles/115000769927-Use-threads-to-organize-discussions-

    And I'm sure their API allows it because I use this functionality for other app sending their notifications via https://zapier.com/

    Hello Alex,

    I have checked and it seems that sending in specific threads is not yet supported by the integration. Thus, I went ahead and escalated this as a feature request to our Developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
