    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about the form you're referring to? I see that you asked this question on our "How to add a signature to a PDF" blog page. Are you looking to convert your PDF Form to a fillable online form? Or are you looking to create a new PDF form from scratch? If so, you can go to this page and select either of the two buttons.
