Unable to submit form integrated to Moneris. Error - pci.jotform.pro took too long to respond

    I'm creating a form for a client that is using the Moneris integration to process payment. All information is correct (Store ID, API Token, etc.) but we continue to get the same response (pci.jotform.pro took too long to respond).

    Am I missing something?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with your form. I cloned your form, integrated it into our Moneris account, and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly.     Can you please try to fill out the form using a different browser and/or clear your browser's cache and cookies first before trying again? Check out the guides below on how you can clear your cache depending on your browser.

    Alternatively, you can also try to fill out the same form using a different connection or using data.
