Pass form data to another form not working properly

I have a problem, when doing this format with address and name, the first and last name all copies into the first name section of the second form and the address all copies into the street address section

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties getting that feature to work. May I know the Form URLs of the forms with regards to your concern? If you could also specify which is the Source form and the Target form, then that would also help us identify the problem.
