How can I create table with text and number using jotform?

I am here searching for how can I create a table with text and number format using jotform. I am working on service base website. I want to create a table for my website Karlo Garage door stand gates montara. How can I do this? Need help regarding this.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the Input Table element to add your Table on the form. The Input Table element has an input type called Multi Type Columns. It allows you to set different input types for each column, such as Single Choice, Checkbox, Textbox, and Dropdown.
