[Feature Request] Add new basic element to integrate webhooks with Approval Flows

Hello Support Team,

I'd like to propose a new feature to augment Approval Flows.

The Approval Flow visual editor currently supports a handful of 'basic' elements (Form, Email, Approve & Sign, Approval, Approval Report, etc.). However, approval flows are limited in that they cannot be readily integrated with external workflows.

Adding another 'basic' element that triggers a Webhook for a given outcome (approved, denied or user-defined) would go a long way to foster more robust integrations.

Additionally, for public tickets that serve as feature requests it would be nice if users could easily up-vote or comment on an existing ticket that they didn't create.
