No password reset receive

    its not in the junk. nothing has been recieved... would be nice if i could just set with out having to jump through hoops!

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Upon checking, your email address is only tied to a guest account. Please note that we only offer a one-time login for guest accounts. Resetting passwords for guest account users is not possible. You need to sign up for a free account so that you could have a regular account with us.

    If you have a regular account on Jotform, please share the username or the email address linked to it so that I could further investigate.
