How to allow multiple users to book the same appointment slot?

Dear customer support,

I'm trying to create a sign up sheet where there's 5 slots at a given time for students to sign up, and once the 5 slots are taken, there will be no additional availability.

do you have a template or which function I should be using to create such form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to accept five or multiple appointments per time slot, you can do that with the Appointment element and change the Appointment Type to Group. Check out the screencast below to see how to do it:
