Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. This is actually a known issue and it is due to the limits for Zapier on our servers. Our developers are aware of this and they are now working on getting this issue fixed. We'll circle back on this thread once we hear from them.

Thanks for your patience. We have received an update from our developers. They have released a new Submission Trigger at Zapier that will overcome this issue. When you are setting up zaps only, the new version will be shown to you:
When updating an existing zap having the old version of the New Submission trigger, you need to change the App on your zaps to the latest version of the Jotform app:
