Hi! I would like my website visitors to be able to add 2-3 available date options using the calendar and time elements. Is that possible?

    Hello canadahomemaintenance,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible for the Date Picker element to select multiple dates on every submission; however, you can use the Configurable List widget that could be set up with multiple date fields.

Check out the screencast below to see my demo:

    • On the left side of the Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element+.
    • Under the Widgets tab, look for Configurable List.
    • Click or drag and drop the element into your form.
    • Open the widget settings by clicking on the wand icon.
    • Under the General tab, keep the Calendar in the list of Fields Configuration.

To add multiple date options on your form without coding, you can follow these steps:

    1. Open your form builder or editor. This could be a platform like Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, or any other form-building tool of your choice.
    2. Add a question or a field where users can select a date. Most form builders provide a specific date or calendar field option.
    3. Duplicate the question or field you just created. This will allow you to add multiple date options.
    4. Repeat step 3 for the desired number of date options you want to include in your form. Each duplicated question will represent a separate date option.
    5. Customize the labels or descriptions of each duplicated question to represent the specific date options you want to offer. For example, if you are organizing an event, you can label the duplicated questions as "Date Option 1," "Date Option 2," and so on, or you can use specific dates or timeframes.
    6. Save your form or publish it, depending on the form builder you are using. Make sure to test the form to ensure the date options are displayed correctly.

As for adding the sound of text, if you want to provide an audio example in your form, you may need to explore form builders or plugins that support multimedia elements. While some form builders allow you to embed audio or video content directly, others may require integration with external services like SoundCloud or YouTube.

To include an audio example as a text-to-speech representation, you can follow these steps:

    1. Write the desired text response in your form question or description.
    2. Use a text-to-speech service or tool to convert the written text into an audio file. There are various online text-to-speech converters available that allow you to enter text and generate an audio file in different formats.
    3. Download the generated audio file to your computer or device.
    4. Upload the audio file to your form builder or link it externally if the form builder supports audio uploads.
    5. Add a note or instruction in your form, mentioning that users can click or play the audio file to listen to the spoken words as an example.

Remember to check the capabilities of your chosen form builder and explore any available documentation or support resources to ensure you can successfully include audio examples in your form.
