Hi Care_Client_ccare,
Thanks for your patience. The PDF language will follow the default language you set on the form. If you need the PDF document to be on a different language, you need to manually to dit by create a new PDF document. Let me show you how:
- Click on + New PDF
- Select New PDF Document
- Then translate the content manually
The downside is that the ability to automatically select the PDF document to be sent based on the chosen language is not dynamic. It will send the PDF document you selected on the autoresponder email or notification email whether it's the Spanish, English or both.
Let us know if you have more questions.

Care_Client_ccareAnswered on November 08, 2023 04:51 PMI need help with translating this page into Spanish. I cannot toggle the translation feature on and off. Is there a way to create a version of this form in both English and Spanish?

Or is there a workaround for this form ?
As you can see, this form requires signatures from 2 different individuals. I cannot utilize the signature flow feature built into JotForm because it necessitates a JotForm login. For my form, no login is required; only a website is needed. Here's the process: I complete the 1st part of the form and submit it, then I receive an email. In this email, I can select "EDIT submission" and forward the URL to an employee. The employee reads the form, signs it, and submits it. Afterward, I get another email where I can again click "EDIT submission" and forward it to another employee. Once the final employee signs the form, I have collected both signatures on a single document. Is there a way to achieve this with forms available in both English and Spanish? -
