Text fields not appearing in the summary document

    Hi 

    wanted to how can I get all the text fields appear in the summary document ( submissions).

    By default empty fields are hidden in the summary document, to enable the visibility.

    1. Uncheck the auto-hide empty fields

    2. Check the show headers and texts option
