Will deleting submissions allow to continue receivng more submissions?

Muchas gracias por su ayuda compañeros, como se dan cuenta soy nuevo en esto, pero tengo una duda ya complete 100 registros, pero pense que al liberar espacio me dejaba seguir trabajando, este sistema no es free? alguien me puede ayudar por favor pues tengo estancado el reporte de ingreso del personal, o una opcion que me den por favor

Please be noted that the Free accounts are limited to receive 100 submissions/10 payments/1000 form views in a month. I see that your account has already received 160 submissions and hence the forms are disabled to receive further submissions due to overlimit. Since it is a monthly submission limit, the submission counter will not reset by deleting the old submissions. 

In order to receive further submissions, you'll need to upgrade your account to a paid subscription or wait for the submission counter to reset on the first day of the following month. If you want to receive more submissions using with the Free subscription, you may increase the submissions limit permanently by using GetMore feature.
