I have read your troubleshooting and I am still getting the Imcomplete Values even though I fill out all of the form. Any suggestions?

I've checked your form email settings, all field names are correct there. You do not have any submission in the form so I'm not sure where is that incomplete values. Please give us more details with regards to this problem. Please share us the form URL.

My apologies. I think I've found your problem now. The widget in the form is set as required but it shouldn't. I've fixed it for you. Please check again.
