Section don't open

    Hi there,


    I am filling out an application form by Habitat for humanity and it isn't allowing me to proceed with the application past a certain point. It shows a drop down menu button but doesn't populate when I click it. And it doesn't allow me to move back or move forward. Please advise.

    Thanks for getting back to us. Can you try to click the downward arrow to collapse the section? You may also try to screen record what's happening for us to understand better. You can use Loom for that.

    Hello,
    Below is the link to the screen recording of what happens when I try to click the drop down. I used my phone for this recording because this is time sensitive and I haven't had access to a computer all day but this is the same response I get on my computer as well
