Hi there - I am creating an online course for our team and would like to create a time frame that the form must be complete upon starting. Is this possible?

    Hi Jake,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to make sure we're on the same page, do you want to create a form that disables when the timer on your form is up? If so, you can do that by adding the Global Countdown widget. This widget will automatically block the form at a certain configured time and show the information below:

Let me show you how to set that up:

    1. On your Form Builder, click on Add Elements and go to Widgets. Search for Global Countdown and drag it on your form.Timer on form Image 2 Screenshot 51
    2. After that, click on its widget settings to set how long should the users fill out your form.Timer on form Image 3 Screenshot 62

That's it! Now you should have a timer on your form that will prevent users from creating a submission after the countdown has been finished. If this is not what you are trying to achieve, please let us know so we can help you further.

Give it a try and let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
