Vegan Street Fair is one of the country’s largest vegan food festivals, bringing passionate foodies together to celebrate plant-based food, culture, and community. Founded in 2015 by Jessica Cruz, the event has expanded from Los Angeles to multiple major cities across the United States while staying true to its mission of making vegan food accessible and affordable for all.
Behind the scenes, Jessica manages nearly every aspect of Vegan Street Fair herself, from vendor acquisition and sponsorships to marketing and event operations.
As the festival grew into one of the country’s largest vegan food events—attracting over 200 vendors and 20,000 attendees—managing vendor registrations and operations across multiple disconnected tools became increasingly difficult.
Before adopting Jotform, Jessica struggled to manage vendor information across a disjointed mix of tools, including Google Forms, Stripe, Excel, Gmail, and manual data entry. With contracts, payments, waivers, and registration details spread across separate systems, she spent hours on administrative work and repeatedly following up with vendors.
Jotform completely transformed her processes into one seamless workflow. Now, vendors can fill out registration forms, sign contracts with Jotform Sign, submit payments through Stripe, and provide all required event information in one place. On top of that, registration data is automatically sent to Google Sheets, eliminating manual data entry and giving Jessica a centralized view of every vendor.
“When I finally found Jotform, it was like, ‘Oh, thank goodness, the solution to all my problems!’” Jessica says. “It consolidates every task into one seamless process and saves me from doing all of the tedious work.”
The impact has been significant, saving Jessica hundreds of hours of tedious manual work. With less time spent following up with vendors and managing paperwork, she was able to focus on expanding Vegan Street Fair and creating memorable experiences for vendors and attendees alike.
