Wishbox: The Easy Way to Collect Feedback

Powered by JotForm, Wishbox is a great way for your website visitors to easily provide visual feedback, such as bug reports and suggestions for new features.

When most web visitors want to give you detailed visual feedback, it’s a complicated process. First, they need to remember how to grab an image of their computer screen. Then it has to be opened in a graphics program, marked up with comments, attached to an email and sent to the correct person. That’s a lot to do!

Wishbox makes it easy to turn your website into a great customer support tool!

It’s all done through a web browser. There’s no special software you or your web visitors need to install. This makes it a snap for your web visitors to communicate with you — without ever leaving your website. Plus, it’s integrated right into your JotForm account, so it’s easy to review and respond!

Once you’ve completed these steps, a feedback button will be inserted on your website.

When a visitor clicks the button, a new window opens with tools that can be used to draw right on the screen image. This gives you the detailed feedback needed to fix an issue. There are also fields for the sender’s name and email. Then, everything is sent to you!
