While Facebook allows you to sell directly through its platform, you can also take advantage of its other features such as the Tabs to add a Jotform form, including an order form. This approach allows you to take orders or payments directly on your Facebook page without setting up a new website.
The first step is, of course, to set up your order form. If you haven’t or want to learn how to set up an order form, follow this guide. Next, choose a method to add the order form to your Facebook page. You can choose from the following:
- Platform – Facebook — We recommend this method as it is a built-in option with Jotform.
- Custom iFrame App — 3rd party iframe app tools are also a great alternative to adding your form(s) to your Facebook page.
- Developers Method — If you wish to control your Facebook App and Tabs completely.

I am attempting to link my form onto the page. I have successfully done so, however, the image that comes up with it is a stock image that just says "Form" is there a way to customize the image that comes up when adding it to a Facebook News Feed?

Hi I have made a jotform and added a link to this form on a facebook status. How do I edit the link so that instead of a long string, I will have the option of setting in a text as "submit to the cource", and when clicking on this text, the user will be transferred to the form?

Hi there,
I just embeded my form and it was all good but i notice when i check my email to see the test details when a sender sends his booking on the form to me, then i wont receive the specifications of the sender, for example if the sender specifies in the order form his date and time of arrival,am not able to receive these details when i check my email i just see the message of the sender.
Wat could the problem be???

Hi I installed the form and the static html onto my facebook page. When I clicked on the form though, I can'tsee anything. Nothing loads. i also logout out from my FB account and login as different user but i can't view anything.i only see the tab but no form. kindly help me.. thank you
