Art Cart Fall 2024 / Winter 2025 Showcase Submission Form

This form documents the artwork submission information of artists participating in Art Cart events and showcases. All information must be captured and agreed upon by the artist. This information will be used to document inventory of submitted artworks and also to print artist preferences for crediting and pricing artwork. We strongly encourage artists to have their artwork available for sale!

Each artist can submit up to 3 pieces only from this term's class which they attended in the Art Cart program to be showcased in a virtual showcase on the Workman Arts website between April 1 to June 30 2025 and an in-person event in the month of December 2025. This means that artwork will be available for sale online for 3 months and then again when displayed during the in-person event. We will be holding onto the artwork throughout, but please contact us if you would like your artwork returned at any point.

Please submit this form online & drop off all interested artworks at the Workman Arts office (1025 Queen St W Suite 2400) by March 28, 2025 by 5 p.m.

If you require more time to complete this submission, please let us know in advance.

Please ensure that this form is filled before art is dropped off and labeled to best support Art Cart staff to clearly match the art with the form (Artist name and name of artwork attached to art or written on the back). Labelled artwork is to be delivered to Workman Arts by the date above. Please contact Tara Hakim (tara_hakim@workmanarts.com) and Paulina Wiszowata (paulina_wiszowata@workmanarts.com) with the day and time of when you will drop off the art.

Additionally, if any artwork is not picked up within one year after the Art Cart Showcase (by April 2026), it will be considered abandoned and Workman Arts will do with it as they see fit. If artwork is purchased and the payment is not picked up by this time, it will also be considered abandoned and will become a donation to Workman Arts.
