Return & Exchange Policy:

• Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges: Products may be exchanged up to 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they are accompanied by the original receipt and remain unused and in their original packaging and condition. Exchanged products must be stored in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, including storage in a dry and stable condition. The store DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR REFUNDS.
• Exceptions: The store may, in certain limited instances, and at its sole discretion, make exceptions to this policy.
• Mail Exchanges: If a product is returned by mail, the customer will assume the entire cost of shipping and handling, including shipping the product(s) to the store and shipping the exchanged products back to the customer.
• Defects: Products with manufacturing defects may be exchanged within 14 days if accompanied by an original receipt, with all shipping and handling costs covered by the store.

Shipping and Handling:

• The store uses FedEx, USPS, and UPS when shipping products. Packages go through a quality control check prior to being shipped.
• The store guarantees to exchange any defective product(s) if such defects are properly reported to the customer care center within a reasonable time frame.

Use of Products:

• The products are cosmetic in purpose and design, and are intended to be applied to various parts of the body. Individual results may vary.
• If any unexpected change occurs after using the product(s), stop using them immediately and consult a physician or dermatologist.
• The store does not make any warranties or claims about the medical benefits or effects of its products.

Dispute Resolution:

• Any dispute arising out of this transaction, whether brought by the store or customer, shall entitle the prevailing party to reasonable attorney fees and costs.
