How can I recover my account?

my account is suspended i am asking why?

and if i rent a space with 19$ can i recover my account

Your account was suspended because it was asking for logging credentials.

Do note that you cannot asks for login credentials using JotForm as this violates our Terms-of-Use.

To lift the suspension, we need to remove the guilty fields in your account.
