    I can't seem to get my Dropbox integration to work. I've read & re-read the instructions. Any suggestions?

    Hello,

    Have you created your account with Dropbox already?

    Dropbox is another company separate to JotForm, you will need to create your account in Dropbox and then enter your Dropbox username/password on the wizard here to integrate it with your forms.

    Yeah, what he said. Also, after you created your account with dropbox, you need to integrate your form to it thru the Submissions Page. Here is a screencast I made on how to do dropbox integration.
