Trouble with dropbox form

    Hi,

     

    I created a form with dropbox integration and the attachment is being sent via email.  I tried to use the app, and a dropbox permission box pops up, I authorize the app to be used and then it looks like everything is good, but when the permission api screen disappears, nothing changed on the dropbox form.  

     

    I am using Mac OS X.  

     

    Any assistance would be awesome

    Hello deangerhardt,

    Upon checking I found that your form is associated with a guest account. This type of accounts are created when you do not sign up / sign in to your account and start building forms. I would suggest you to first sign up for a free JotForm account using the same email address you used in your form and the forms should automatically move to your new account.

    Do get back to us with your username if you do not see the forms in your new account and we manually move it. Once your form is there in your account, we will be able to check why it is not integrating with dropbox.
