Can I change my user name?

Yes it is possible to change the username but it can only be changed by JotForm staff. Please let us know your desired username and if it is still available, we will change it.

Upon checking, I found that you have just upgraded your account using our PayPal gateway. Please be noted that we will have to also cancel your subscription. Once your account is upgraded, you can upgrade your account with new username.
