Over quota

    Hello,

     

    I am receiving an over quota error when someone uses my link:

     

    http://www.jotform.us/ShaneB1/realestatesurvey

     

    I read through the forums and it looks like I may have checked the SSL initially and should avoid that in the future.

    Can you reset my counter so I can continue to receive submissions. It's saved as a non-ssl link now.

    Hi Shane

    Indeed you have 11 SSL submissions out of 10 monthly possible. I have reset your SSL counter to 0, but we can do this only once. 

    After unchecking the Secure option in the embed form it is necessary also to embed the form again.
