PayPal payment with number of months option

I want to create a PayPal payment option in which the product price is mentioned per 1000 items per month, has a number of months dropdown and quantity dropdown. The total quantity can be selected in thousands such as 1000,2000, ....etc. The total amount is calculated as the product of price per thousand items, quantity(in thousands) and number of months. 

The problem I am facing is, the price can be set per item and not per 1000 items and the number of months is not taken into consideration when calculating the total amount. Please help me on this.
