Chinese characters don' show in Excel file

    It can't show the chinese character after download the data as Excel file. Can you help?

    Is this 作業上傳  the form?

    If so I could see Chinese Characters in the Excel file respecting the same order as in the form:

    Please provide us more details on the form in which you are experiencing this so we can run further tests.
