Uploading photos, will it be stored on your server?

Also, if we are using this to upload photos would they end up being stored on your platform? Is it relatively easy to export photos elsewhere from your platform, if that's the case?

Yes, photos will be stored on Jotform servers. However, for a convenient way of managing your files, I would suggest integrating your form to Dropbox, Google Drive or Box, whichever one you prefer. So when the form is submitted, a copy of the files uploaded to your form will be sent to the integrated service. You can then login to your these 3rd party service to manage your files.
