Question about receiving payments per month

I have signed up for the free starter account as I just need a form for class registrations about 4 times a year. I'll likely only have 30 registrations each time which makes the free account perfect, however, each registration does need to be paid (through PayPal) and the free account says "10 Receive Payments" on the pricing page. I wanted to clarify if that meant only 10 payments a month through JotForm or if that also meant I could only receive 10 payments even when using my own paypal account.

    Hi,

That's right, you can only receive up to 10 payment submissions per month. This limit resets every 1st day of the following month.

Payment submissions means a number of payment submissions you received since 1st day of this month. If you have integration with Paypal or any other payment gateways on your form, that's called a "payment submissions". Free accounts are limited to 10 payment submissions per month. Whenever you passed the limit, your forms will be temporarily disabled. You can upgrade to any of the paid plans to increase your submissions limit. See our pricing page for more details.
