How to add a form into WordPress

I also have no idea how to set up the Embed Form plug in, I don't really understand the instructions. Every time I download the file it does not appear as one zip  but several different folders - which one is it? I was also using Form Generator for Wordpress Plug in but that seems to have stopped working.

Up until a month ago Jotform worked brilliantly but has now stopped being so efficient.

Are you talking about the instructions given on this guide regarding to Wordpress or not clear?

On regards to the zip file, I just checked your form, but I did not find any upload field. Can you please elaborate this into more details?

It's the instructions on your set-up guide that are not clear at all. It says to download the zip and then upload but I don't seem to be upload it as a complete zip, only separate files

Hi Catherine,

I think the instructions are clear. After you download the plugin, you have to upload and extract the ZIP file to your WP Plugins folder. 

Surely, everyone knows how to do it into the WordPress Admin Section. However, if you need further assistance, please let us know.
