One field in Email is always empty

    Hey guys!

    Help, please see my picture to realize my problem. No matter what I do or input, a field (that I marked with an arrow) always gets received empty in my email after a submission. NO matter what I input or state as a validation.

    Please help.

    Hi Kris,

    I suggest creating a new Notifier for your form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/42096675645364

    Follow this user guide -Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    Creating a new notification email will make sure that all the fields in the form will be updated in the email template.

    Please inform us if issue still persist.
