How can I password protect my form which is embedded in my web site?

    Here is the form URL:

    I followed the instructions presented on the following URL:

     

    http://www.jotform.com/answers/290633-Password-Protect-form.com

     

    It instructed me to create a collapse form and I could not get the form to collapse and the directions in item #4 indicated that there was a "Form-Collapse" selection that did not appear in the drop down.

     

    These instruction seemed like the answer and I would appreciate any help you can offer.

    Hi,

    You are actually very close.  Click on the form collapse then click on the gear to bring up the options:

    Change this field to "Closed".

    Then add the condition to show the rest of the form when the correct password is entered:
