    Are you referring to the Upload File Path which appears unchanged in your screenshot?

    I see that your "Input12" is showing in your file path.

    Can you please confirm or correct me if I've misunderstood you?

    Have you tried reapplying it with inkfilepicker?

    I'm using inkfile picker already and i've set the input12 as a folder name as the user (screenanme), my problem is input12 doesn't change to the user screenname!

    Thank you for verifying my suspicion about the problem. 

     

    I will need a little bit of time to try to test this further to look into this problem more and I will reply back to you about it briefly.

    Additionally, I had checked your account but you have several forms. Can you please tell us which form you are experiencing this issue on?

    I didn't have an S3 Account but I made one to check on this further so that we could test it more accurately.

    I tried a few different methods to replicate this issue but with no luck. I saw you have it set to the {portfolio} and {screenname} but I don't fully understand why you have it that way which is causing much of my own confusion in the mix of this.

    So as I requested before if you could please tell us provide us with a link to form you are using this with we will gladly investigate this problem further.

    How to store the img url as a text field in the form? 

     

    because i want to pass the URL image into my server.

    You can instead POST the img URL into post data.

    You can follow the method describe here http://www.jotform.com/answers/363070

    to get the PHP codes and variable names. 

    If you use your jotform with upload field, you should be able to see the POST data of the uploaded img URL in the resulting POST data.
