How do i view an image someone has uploaded using my form?

    When i click it, it takes me to a web page that says 404 error message

    Hi,

    Perhaps the file was corrupted and was not uploaded properly? Or the upload was interrupted that's why it's not found. I also couldn't recover the file from our end, there seems to be no file submitted.

    I have tested your form but I can't seem to reproduce the problem. I believe your form is in good shape.

    Mind asking the form submitter to re-upload the file? Have you also tested the form on your end?
