my forms are saying they are disabled??

I was trying to change the paypal button setup and i think i may have gotten auto suspended.  I tried to copy and paste the paypal button code into a text field instead of the paypal payment field.  It should be set up correctly now, but it still won't let me use the form or preview it.  Thank you!
