iOS 8 displays connection error for uploaded files

    Hello,

I have a few forms that have upload fields for images that we have been using for a long time with successful entries on mobile devices. These same forms that use to work great now seem to have issues with iOS8. I have tried a couple of different browsers on mobile devices (Safari, iCab, etc.) and they all seem to throw and error on iOS8 devices. These forms still seem to work correctly on the devices still running iOS7.X

Are there any known issues or limitations with JotForm and this new Apple iOS? If so, when can we expect a fix. If not, please check it out.

Yes there was a minor problem with uploading files using iOS 8 which was entirely an iOS 8 problem that we have no control over. It was botched even more by Apple for those who got the 8.0.1 hotfix which was then pulled by Apple immediately due to several unexpected problems.

To fully resolve this issue please update your iOS 8 device to iOS 8.0.2 which should fix it.

But I do have updated my iPad to iOS8.0.2 and I'm not able to send the report!

The page seems to try to load, but closes and gives the message "Safari couldn't open the page since the network connection was lost" (which it wasn't...)! This happens when I'm attaching a pic.

Without a pic, the upload works, but since the possibility to attach a picture of the customer's business card is one of the major benefits, this HAS to be fixed, otherwise I see no reason for paying....

    @ pixelpie

I see you are having a related issue so I have split yours off into it's own thread here.
