    Hello,

If I understood correctly, you need to increase the size limit of the images that are being uploaded into your form.

If that’s correct you can follow the instructions on this link: http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit in order to do so.

If that’s not your case, please let me know.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Yes, to increase the size of the files that you would like to allow to be uploaded you should follow the instructions on this page Changing the Upload Size Limit as mentioned by rehcgt above.

The size is in KB so if you want to allow 2.4 MB (for example) you just multiply the MB * 1024. In the example I have given that would require 2458 to be set in the Max File size property.

Do let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
