We are having issues with JotForm.  Our clients are getting an error when trying to access the form saying "Form over quota.  This form has exceeded its allocated quota."  What does this mean and how can we fix this?  The employee that originally created this form no longer works here so please email me at kcovey@salesfocusinc.com.  Or I can be reached at 410.442.5600.

    Thank you,

    Katie Covey
