    Hi,

To embed the jotform into Adobe Muse you would need to follow these steps: Adding Form to Adobe Muse.

Now I am not familiar with Adobe Muse, but I believe that you want to create a lightbox to auto popup on your jotform so this might be a good guide to check as well: How to Auto-popup a Lightbox Form.

Do let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hi Ben,

Thanks for the response. My lightbox works great, except my links behind the lightbox are no longer operational after the user submits or closes the box.

    Any suggestions?

    Best,
    Philip

    Hi Philip,

Do you mean that when you close the lightbox pop-up form the links behind it doesn't work? Does it direct to the current path or url adding the links to the end?

In my end that happens, I first followed the tutorials shared by my colleague, Ben, above. After that what I did is that I wrap the Lightbox embed code with a <div> element, so they will act as one and won't conflict with the codes behind.

Let us know if this helps. If you are still having problems, please let us know. If you can provide screenshots and details of your code that would help a lot.

    Thank you.

    Hi Charlie,

    Thanks for your response.

Yes, with the pop-up closed, the links behind would not work. Just prior to receiving your message and while working in Muse’s Layers Panel, I moved the lightbox below the affected links. It seems to work now as I checked it across most browsers. Here it is if you want to try it: Oats Feature. We consider this site to be a prototype that works best on a laptop or desktop. Once we work through a number of issues, we’ll rebuild with a CMS open source platform. What we are doing now is really elaborate note taking.

    Once again, thank you.
