Integration with Mail Chimp

    I followed your instructions to connect my form to my mailchimp account.  It says that I am "connected" on your site. However, when I actually try to run a test by filling out a form, it is not populating in my Mailchimp account.

    Do you have any ideas of what I might need to change?

    Related question, after I create the "connection" for integretion, does my HTML for my jotform change or do I need to reload my existing HTML for it to start working?

    Hi,

    I suggest reviewing also the user guide http://www.jotform.com/help/163-How-to-Integrate-with-MailChimp 

    Most of the faulty MailChimp integration we have here is usually due to expired API Key used in the integration. Can you please retry the integration process by using a newly generated MailChimp API key

    See if this makes the difference.

    If I understand correctly, you were asking if you need to re-embed the jotform using the pop-up script embed. There is no need to do so. 

    Updates/modifications you do on the form in the form builder will automatically update also the embedded form in your website.
