100 MB Space restriction on free version: What exactly does it apply to?

Does the 100 Mb space restriction apply only to the form template or to forms completed by submitters as well? Does this limitation apply to list size, image size and other things submitted with a completed form. Will submitters receive an error when trying to fill out fields with info that surpasses this space limitation?

    Hi,

The 100MB restriction is for everything associated with the submissions.

What this means is that you can have any number of jotforms, any number of fields on each jotform and create as much form templates as you wish. Neither of these are limited or impacted by the 100MB space limit.

What does use this space is the file that gets uploaded with the submission so every time your users upload a file is a time when one slice of the space is "taken" from you.

Now if you come into submissions you can remove the submissions which will also remove the files associated with them and you regain the space again.

I hope this helps, but do let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
