I placed my job application on my website. It was filled out and submitted. Where does this form go once it's been submitted. I haven't received anything in my email.
Also, the expiration dates for license and endorsements on the driver application only goes up to 2014, is there a way to make the year farther out?Thank You,

Hi Cheryl,
You can access the submissions by going to the form submissions page. Follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions.
If you setup a notifier to the form, you should be able to receive submissions via email. However, I checked your form: http://www.jotform.us/form/43217687875166 - you have two email notifiers, but you forgot to add your email address to the recipient email section as well as the Sender Details such as the Sender Name and Email. You have to make sure to complete the settings, please follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications. Otherwise, you will not receive any.
