Unable to reply to submissions

    has something changed? all of a sudden one of my forms when i receive, its not replying to it... its asking about certificates?

    please advise this is a huge headache if i have to tell all my clients to install certrificates for every submissionb

    Hello roxxstar,

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

    Do you mean to say that you are not replying to your submissions from your your email client or you are not able to reply from your form's submission page?
