I received the following, does it mean that my forms won't work, or that you are going to stop uploading them to my Dropbox?

    Dear Solon Mitsotakis,

You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Thursday at 12pm EST. Premium accounts are limited to 10.00 GB of upload space.

Upgrade your account today to continue using JotForm; receive submissions, collect payments from your users and have more upload space. Upgrading is quick and easy:

    Thanks for using JotForm,

    Hi Solon,

I took a look at your account and I see that you are over the limit in space assigned to you for the Premium Plan - which is 10GB. You are currently using 11.74 GB.

To continue using jotforms without being disabled you should either upgrade to Economy Plan (next bigger plan), which would allow you to hold up to 100GB or you can delete the submissions that have files attached to them and taking up the place.

If you delete the submissions, this would be permanent so I would suggest making a backup of the data that you would need on your PC or your dropbox account before deleting it.

To delete the submissions with the files on them you should follow this guide: How to view Submissions

    Best Regards,
    Ben
