How to add descriptive text in a link using CSS

    I am having this same problem - can someone help with the custom CSS needed? Also, I need to add a link in the descriptive text and not sure how to do this.

    Can you send us more specific details on what do you need to achieve on you form? or you need to create a checkbox with link on here text? if that is what you want, let me show you.
