Adding to Wordpress

This is the second message I've posted.   I recently purchased the paid version of Jotform, primarily for the support aspect.  I left a message about 5 days ago and haven't heard back.

I'm unable to get my forms onto my wordpress.org site.  I've downloaded two plugins and neither have worked.  One of them is the one that was just updated early December.  I click on the pencil in the editor and nothing happens.

I've tried to add the form manually, and that doesn't work either.

    My website is:  opendoorsmorocco.com

    Hello nlauer1153,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

The form should be visible in your wordpress page. Have your checked our guides already on how to embed form in your wordpress page? Please check the following guides and that should solve your problem:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/4-Adding-Forms-to-Wordpress-org-version

    http://www.jotform.com/blog/83-Embed-Form-Plugin-for-Wordpress

Please share your form embed code you are trying to use and also the web page URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

Yes, I've read the guides.  I've tried both plugins - don't remember the names now.  The plugin that is supposed to add a pencil to the editor does not work although I've downloaded the most updated version - updated Dec. 5th, I believe.

The only thing that works is the iframe method but according to what I'm seeing it's not a good idea for someone not familiar with the iframe method to use it due to SEO considerations.  I'd prefer to use the plugin.
