Hello Roxboro,
You can take advantage of our "Clone" feature to import any HTML based form from web URL but please be noted that it will only import the HTML elements and not other settings of your form.
Unfortunately we do not have any direct migration app available which can migrate or import form with complete settings from FormsCentral. Let me send a feature request to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them.
Please be noted that creating form in JotForm is very easy. Please take a look at our "Form Templates" section where we have thousands of form templates already available:

Update: We've just released a new tool that you can try out for yourself here http://www.jotform.com/formscentral/ that allows you to import your FormCentral Forms! :)
