Is there anyway to recover a deleted submissions?

We have multiple users that have access to the forms, and one person deleted some submissions and another needs those submissions.  Is there anyway to recover deleted submissions?  

Unfortunately, once your submissions are deleted it will be remove from our servers completely. If you managed to download your submissions in Excel/CSV or PDF then you can reference those for review.

It would be a good practice to send your submissions to a Google Spreadsheet so that you can have a backup of your submissions if this incident should occur in the future.

It would be a good idea to check the inbox for the email address that is link to this form as well to see if you can retrieve the information for the submission that was deleted.
